There are several steps to take in this situation:
- Contact us so that we can have the shipping company initiate a trace on your package. Oftentimes they can locate it and will get it sent to you!

- Be sure to have your order number when you contact us!
- If your package has been stolen or cannot be located, we are able to replace your order. If this is the case for your package, we will send you an affidavit to fill out and sign for us. Once we receive the affidavit back from you, we will send your reorder to you.
