USPS uses the term "Refused" for any package that cannot be delivered. We never refuse to accept delivery of a package.
The most common cause of a package being marked as "Refused" is insufficient or missing postage.

If your test kit is returned to you, you may still be able to ship it to our lab. We need to receive the test within 10 days of the stop date for valid results. If it has been more than 10 days since the end of the stop date, your test will be invalid and you will have to test again.
