We apologize for the inconvenience. If you are unable to submit payment information successfully (i.e., the payment page freezes, spins indefinitely, returns an error, or appears to complete without saving the payment details, etc.), please attempt the following troubleshooting steps.
- Confirm that all required payment fields are completed correctly. Check for issues such as an invalid card number, expiration date, or billing address. The billing address must be correct in order for your payment to go through.
- Refresh the page and try submitting the payment again. You can return to the payment page on your registration by choosing "Update a Saved Registration" and following the prompts.
- Try a different browser or an updated browser version. There is a known issue with Safari on some iPhones covering up the payment button and making it impossible to submit payment.
- Clear the browser cache and cookies, then retry.
- Test the payment submission on another device or network.
